Awareness is the first step to self-care.
Preventive screenings are not a luxury, but a form of self-love.
Do it for yourself – not out of obligation, but out of concern.

WOMEN 20-30
This is a time of intense hormonal changes, work, and stress. The body reacts quickly, but it can also easily become overloaded. Regular tests help detect minor abnormalities before they become a problem.
Once a year:
- CBC, ESR, glucose level, and lipid profile – assess the overall condition of the body, heart, and immune system.
- Patology – allows for early detection of cervical cancer.
- Gynecological exam and ultrasound of the reproductive organs – monitors cycle and hormonal health.
- Breast or axillary ultrasound – early detection of benign and malignant changes.
- TSH (thyroid) – hormonal imbalances often appear after the age of twenty-five. Dental exam and eye exam – prevention of inflammation and eye strain.
Every few years:
- Dermatologist – mole check – early melanoma prevention.
- Physiotherapist/orthopedist – prevention of back pain and poor posture.

WOMEN 30–40 YEARS OLD
This is the stage when more responsibilities arise, less time for yourself, and stress often affects the hormonal system and heart. Prevention helps maintain balance.
Once a year:
- Cycology, lipid profile, and glucose – monitoring metabolism and energy levels.
- Cytology and ultrasound of the reproductive organs – prevention of gynecological diseases.
- Breast ultrasound or mammogram after age 35 – monitoring structural changes in tissue.
- Breast or axillary ultrasound – early detection of benign and malignant lesions.
- Urinalysis – detects inflammation and infections.
- ECG and blood pressure – prevention of hypertension and heart rhythm disturbances.
Every few years:
- TSH, ferritin, vitamin D – assessment of deficiencies and energy levels.
- Dermatologist – mole and birthmark check.
- Hormonal profile – for menstrual cycle disorders or pregnancy planning.

- Patology and transvaginal ultrasound – preventing cervical and ovarian cancer.

- Abdominal ultrasound – preventing liver, kidney, and pancreatic diseases.
- Densitometry – early prevention of osteoporosis.
- Ophthalmologist and dentist – vision and oral examination.

WOMEN 50+
